"My house has 9 rooms and 2 hallways. Everything but 2 rooms were painted. The carpets upstairs were removed and the hardwood floors underneath were refinished. A few light fixtures were replaced with more modern fixtures. Then Carol staged the house. It took about a month for the painting and refinishing to occur because we chose to do most of the work ourselves, but only a few hours for Carol to do her thing. She is very good at what she does and gives you her honest opinion. What I appreciated was that she put the furniture and items where she wanted them to go and then slept on the ideas. The next day she came back to finish and it looked even better than the day before. My house has been on the market for about 8 days not and it has been viewed many times. This past weekend there was an open house and everyone left feedback on how nice it looks. Some seemed very interested and said they would call to see it again.
