Dhruv Yadav
Owner and Principal
Dhruv brings a global outlook and over a decade of business leadership to Creative Home Stagers.
His career spans ten years in strategy consulting and M&A, grounded in an international life: he was raised in India, studied in Singapore, and lived across the UK, Spain, France, and Sweden before completing his MBA at NYU Stern School of Business in New York.
An entrepreneur at heart, Dhruv founded his own luxury retail startup—an experience that sharpened his eye for details that set a premium experience apart. Under his leadership, Creative Home Stagers offers Charlotte something distinctive: a globally informed, design-driven approach backed by real business rigor.
Julie Boldt
Art and Design Director
As our Art and Design Consultant, Julie bring’s a fine artist’s eye to the world of staging and design. A graduate of Brown University with an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, she is a practicing contemporary artist whose work has been featured at globally renowned shows such as Chicago Art Expo, as well as locally here in Charlotte, at the McColl Center of Art, where she served as a fellow.
That background gives Julie a discerning, critical eye for contemporary art and design. She applies it to source and place high-quality original art in every home we stage—an elevated, authentic touch that helps each property stand out and leave a lasting impression.
Tiffany J. Stern
Interior Designer
Born and raised in Southern California, Tiffany was surrounded by artistic talent. Her parents were both artists, her father a film maker and animator and her mother a painter. At a young age, design was in her blood as she remodeled her doll house, even bricking the front of it with mini bricks and wallpapering the kitchen. She attended San Diego State University and majored in Art with the emphasis in interior design. For 24 years she has been working in the design industry, specializing in model merchandising for home builders starting from the ground up, including architectural specifications, lighting, furnishings, draperies and accessories. She is extremely passionate about design, and is always thinking about what else she can learn. One day she hopes to publish her own book on design and hopes to travel around the world to soak up all the inspiration she can.
Dimka Karaivanov
Accredited Staging Professional™
Dimka is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) who received her accreditation from Barb Schwarz, the creator of Home staging and StagedHomes.com. She is also a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP). Born and raised in Bulgaria (Europe), Dimka and her family moved to the United States in September 2000. She was a preschool teacher for most of her professional life, when she decided to change her career path. Design, staging and organization was always a big passion of hers, which even showed in her classroom throughout the years. Dimka has more than five years experience in the industry and loves the positive impact home staging has on everyone. Using the latest staging trends, she enjoys putting her personal touch in every space and making it unique.
