Which pieces can I buy?
Furniture, decor and art in our staged homes can be purchased, and availability varies by home. Send us the property address and we’ll share what’s available, with pricing.
Can I buy pieces before the home sells?
Pieces stay in place while a home is on the market so every showing looks its best. Purchases are offered first to the buyer of the home and finalized before de-staging.
Is delivery included?
If you’re buying the home, there’s nothing to deliver. Your pieces are already in place. For anything else, ask about delivery when we send your list.
Can you furnish a home you didn’t stage?
