Do I need to book staging to use these services?
No. Home prep is available on its own. It’s at its best paired with staging, though: one schedule, one team and no hand-offs between vendors.
How is pricing handled?
Every home is different, so every quote is custom. After a walkthrough, we send one itemized quote covering prep and staging. Choose all of it or only what you need.
Who does the work?
Our team plans and oversees every project. Specialized work such as painting, repairs and hauling is handled by trusted local trades we schedule and supervise, so you have a single point of contact.
